This policy explains what Pro Marketer ("we") collects when you use the adintel website and app, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read. If anything here is unclear, email us.
What we collect about you
- Account data: your name, work email, a hashed password, your company name and the Space you belong to. We send a one-time code to your email to verify it.
- Usage data: pages you open in the app, searches, boards you create, brands you track and the paid actions you trigger (tagging, transcripts, pulls), with their cost. We use this to run your account, meter credits and improve the product.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer id, plan, seat count and invoice history. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and timestamps in server logs, kept for 30 days for security and debugging.
- Website analytics: if enabled, we use Plausible, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data. There is no advertising tracker on this site.
- Chrome extension: the extension sends the ad you choose to save, and your session token, to the app. It reads nothing else on the page and nothing on other sites.
What we collect from the Meta Ad Library
The ads in the library are public ads published by advertisers in Meta's Ad Library. They are not data about you. The data policy describes exactly what is stored.
Why we process it
- To provide the service you signed up for (contract).
- To keep the service secure and to prevent abuse of the trial (legitimate interest).
- To send transactional email: verification codes, trial notices, invoices, digests you turned on (contract). Marketing email only with your consent, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Processors that run the service: our hosting provider (Render), our storage provider (Cloudflare), our email provider, Stripe for billing, the AI providers that tag and transcribe creatives (they receive the creative, never your account data), and Plausible for website analytics if enabled. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it lives and how long
Servers are in the United States. Account data is kept while your account exists and for 30 days after deletion so a mistaken deletion can be undone. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Your rights
You can export your boards and notes from the app, change your email, and delete your account from Settings. You can also email us to access, correct, export or delete your data; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or Canada you have the rights those laws give you, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
Cookies
The app sets one session cookie so you stay signed in. The website sets none.
Children
adintel is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new date and, for material changes, email account owners.
